Best Western Edinburgh/Columbus

By and large, it was vacation base for sightseeing in Edinburgh, had much fun. The food was outstanding with a wide range of options. Everything was very good and met expectations...

Desk clerk seemed confused on what to charge. Had a different print out amount than my reservation had quoted.

The place is well-maintained, the staff are pleasant and very welcoming.

The venue is clean, with great and easy location near to the center, downtown Columbus or Indianapolis and Nashville. The services are excellent, including a very clean pool. Also, it has free Wi-Fi throughout the property. The restaurant serves fine local food.

Really fast internet speeds. Some of the fastest I've seen of all the hotels I've stayed at. Allowed me to do my business online, video chat, and watch shows on Hulu. Would definitely come here again. Also had very cozy rooms with a nice reading couch.

Very loud A/C. Took a little time adjusting to the noise level. Would be nice if they had laundry facilities.

powdered eggs were stringy (YUK!) manager didn't tell me they were holding the room charge on my credit card, and I paid cash when checking out. The hold on my account didn't come off until 2 days after check-out, so I didn't have use of that money.

Rood temp when we got there was 61 degrees. Air was on full blast . Had trouble with TV using remote.

I have stayed here a couple of times now and I have to say I will be staying there again it's friendly, quite, clean and very comfortable.

would like to see breakfast be available until 10 am

The hotel's location was also a huge plus, with easy access to shops and restaurants right across the street.

My King Room was clean, comfortable, and featured ample electrical outlets for all my devices, crucial for my work .

The bathroom was somewhat small, which could be uncomfortable for some.

The culinary scene around is a feast! Grabbed a bite at Montana Mike's Steakhouse that really hit the spot. Plus, my King Room was clean, comfy, and had all the USB ports I needed-perfect for charging my devices. So cozy, it seemed like home.

Tiny hiccup-there was no plug for the bathtub. Everything else shined bright, just like the city itself.

The cozy king room offered a relaxing ambiance, and the friendly staff made Check-in easy! Don't miss the nearby diner for breakfast-homemade meals that fill you up. Bring a power strip if you need extra outlets, though. Highly recommend!

The location was ideal for our shopping trip, with access to various stores. The staff provided superb service, especially when accommodating our last-minute requests. The breakfast options were somewhat lacking, and the fitness center did not meet my expectations, feeling too small for the guest volume. The room cleanliness was excellent, but the overall facilities could use some upgrades.
